At The Laser Loonies, we take pride in creating custom laser-engraved products just for you. Because each item is made to order, please review our refund policy carefully.
 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, or we made an error in your custom engraving, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• A photo of the item and the issue

• Your order number

We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
 

3. Cancellations

We begin work on orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellations may not be possible.
 

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, let us know—we’ll help you file a claim and work on a solution.
