• Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders – details will be shown at checkout.

• Domestic orders within the UK typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
   

5. Shipping Areas

• We ship worldwide! orders outside of the UK will take a little longer to arrive.
   

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
